Now in part two, Ava is to eat something healthy as she has not been taking care of herself in the least. A big bag of raw kale is thrown at her and she is shocked. She is then made to eat it up off the sofa from which she spit it out on. Nurse sprinkles more kale around and makes Ava get on all fours and eat it up. How humiliating! Ava is then strapped hard on her bottom while she is having to eat up the kale off the floor. She is not a very happy girl but she will learn her lesson about eating healthy from now on.
